The Daddy Diaries
The author of this book attended the majority of my educational workshops over a period of several months. He brought his two boys almost every month and I grew to care about them, interested in their journeys. When I learned that The Daddy Diaries had been published, I was thrilled to read the book and make it available for sale here on the PCS site.
Both single moms and dads need to know they are not alone in their quest for effective and beneficial single parenthood.
I applaud this father for his journaling efforts and his desire to leave a written legacy of love for his boys. Grab a copy of this book for the single fathers in your life!

Lovely Baby CDs
I had the pleasure of reviewing several Lovely Baby CD’s in 2008. I listened to the CD’s with my toddler in the car.
The feisty little thing that she is, we sometimes have a hard time maintaining a quiet ride. The Lovely Baby CD’s calmed her down immediately as she listened intently to the melodies, coos and instruments.
Research tells us that music is a fabulous brain stimulant and I encourage you to buy a CD or two for your kids, grandkids, friends, neighbors, nieces or nephews.
A wonderful baby shower gift, these CD’s would make a terrific addition to any nursery music collection.
Education Perks
As a long time nanny, educator and studying teacher, I am always on the lookout for educational gifts. I prefer to spend my money on items that will further my children’s mental and social awareness, reading skills and ability to think critically.

Signing Families
Prior Prior to attending school for my elementary ed degree, I was a nanny for 16+ years, for various families and ages. Toward the end of that time I learned about baby sign and the benefits it can provide when taught in conjunction with speech. When taught together the child actually learns two languages – how great is that?
